Back Office Helper
We are looking for a dependable Back Office Helper to support internal office operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with documentation, data entry, and coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day back office functioning.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with data entry and updating office records
- Handle filing, scanning, and documentation
- Support administrative and clerical tasks
- Coordinate with front office and other departments
- Maintain confidentiality of company information
- Assist in preparing reports and documents
- Perform other back office duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous back office or administrative experience is an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
- Good organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
