Position: Receptionist/ Secretary /Administrator. Location: The Palm Jumeirah UAE.

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Pilates Studio Administrator to manage daily operations, client relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for wellness, and experience in a similar role.

Salary
6000 – 9 500

AED (2 000 – 3 000 USD)

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering calls, and handling inquiries.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, classes, and private sessions using booking software.
  • Process payments, memberships, and package sales.
  • Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, social media updates, and promotional events.
  • Handle inventory management and studio upkeep.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns professionally.
  • Support instructors with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration, reception, or customer service (fitness/wellness industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (additional languages Russian / Arabic a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking/management software
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for Pilates and wellness.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
