We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and broader leadership team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless day-to-day coordination, communication, and time management for executive functions. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be tech-savvy, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.

- Executive & Administrative Support:
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel schedules for the CSO and senior leadership. Organize internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-ups. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company and personnel information. Draft, review, and manage executive communications, reports, and presentations. - Operations & Coordination:
Serve as the liaison between executives and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. Track action items and ensure timely execution across departments. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and external stakeholders as needed. Manage basic office operations and procurement tasks. - Project Assistance & Reporting:
Assist in preparing business reports, dashboards, and performance summaries. Support the CSO with sales documentation, CRM updates, and executive summaries. Help plan and execute internal events, workshops, or executive offsites. Continuously improve processes and workflows for executive efficiency.
- 1–3 years of experience in executive assistance, office administration, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools like Calendly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, work under pressure, and adapt to change.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Competitive Salary: 3,500 – 4,000 AED
