The Development Office of the Diocese of Camden seeks a friendly and reliable Data Entry Associate to join our team. This position involves data entry of pledges, payments, constituent information, importing data from our financial institution and running reports, while working well with others.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Data Base
- Maintaining Raiser’s Edge Constituent database by adding and/or updating individual records
- Generating Parish Lists-annual, updates & special requests
- Process Global changes, deletions and Imports
- Globally add Appeal history
- Data base cleanup projects
- Data entry of pledges, payments and importing data from our financial institution on a daily basis
- Electronic gift processing of Net Community transactions
- Redact and store financials and other Appeal related records according to Diocesan record retention policy
- Maintain SJCMA director of volunteers and updating pastor information
- Maintain filing system of SJCMA batches
- Assist Events Coordinator in the planning of Events as time permits
- Attend Development Office events on an as needed basis
- Assist in Development Office mailings and/or special projects as needed
Experience
Required:
- Excellent skills in planning and organizing
- Motivated/enthusiastic work style
- Able to maintain donor confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team.
