Accountant, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Executive to join our team. This role involves managing day-to-day financial operations and supporting office administration, playing a key part in ensuring efficiency and accuracy across both finance and logistics support functions.

• Prepare and process customer and vendor invoices
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Manage petty cash and maintain related records
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and vendor accounts
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding payments

• Procure office supplies, stationery, and consumables
• Coordinate with shipping lines to obtain and compare freight rates
• Maintain organized filing systems for finance and admin records
• Support day-to-day administrative operations of the office

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (logistics industry experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Good command of English (written and verbal)
