ResponsibilitiesPJT wishes to hire an experienced and highly motivated Administrative Assistant in Dubai to provide strategic support members of the Dubai team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills and have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations.
Additional Responsibilities Include- Act as gatekeeper to junior professionals of the Dubai‑coverage team and maintain relationships with clients, investors, prospective clients and internal colleagues, providing back‑up to other administrative assistants as required
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate with other assistants, and confirm meetings with clients and internal colleagues
- Cover multiple phone lines, and communicate with clients as requested
- Send and reply to emails on behalf of professionals; draft other correspondence
- Proactively seek to learn and understand the business to better assist professionals and/ or clients
- Arrange travel and reservations for professionals (e.g. flights, cars, hotels etc.), using good judgement with respect to timing and cost; assist with client travel as required
- Handle confidential documents and correspondence as required, including some personal administration
- Undertake data entry in all applicable databases with a strong attention to detail and integrity of data
- Provide back‑up to other administrative assistants as required (holiday cover etc.)
- Minimum 3 years’ of experience working in financial services, law firms or private equity funds
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure; problem solve and make adjustments as needed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and high attention to detail. Professional presence, positive demeanour and strong interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, sound judgement, and strong work ethic
- Eagerness to work in an entrepreneurial, results‑driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce experience a plus
- Fluency in English is required
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred, but not essential
