Responsibilities
- Visitors’ management
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including phones, computers etc.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintaining daily visitors log and other documents
- Courier log & database
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Procurement & allocation of building access cards
- Assistance to building emergency management
- Coordination with site security team & supervisors
- Other responsibilities allied to department
- HSC certificate or above (Bachelors preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong personality to deal with various stakeholders and subordinates
