Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to MD.
- Manage and coordinate for property, building maintenance related work as per MD’s guidelines.
- Prepare correspondence and stuff mail into envelopes.
- Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
- Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
- Coordinates office management activities.
- Takes and transcribes dictation.
- Maintain office stationery and upkeep of assets.
