Company Overview
We are a growing interior design company specialising in
media walls, wall panelling, and modern interior solutions
for residential and commercial clients across Dubai. As a startup, we move fast, think creatively, and value people who take ownership and grow with the business.
We are looking for a
reliable and proactive Assistant
to support day-to-day operations, administration, and project coordination. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the interior design and fit-out industry.
You’ll work closely with the founder and play a key role in keeping projects, suppliers, and communications running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Administration & Office Support- Handle emails, calls, and Whats App enquiries
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic documents
- Maintain client records, supplier details, and project files
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and installations
- Assist with coordinating materials, suppliers, and deliveries
- Follow up with contractors and vendors
- Track project timelines and update status reports
- Support basic procurement and stock tracking
- Assist with Instagram, Tik Tok, or social media updates
- Upload project photos/videos and help with captions
- Respond to basic online enquiries
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable using Whats App, email, Google Docs/Sheets
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous admin, assistant, or office experience preferred
- Interior design or construction experience is a
plus
