Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator, located in Dubai. The Office Administrator will handle daily administrative tasks, oversee the operation of office equipment, manage communication within the office, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, maintaining records and documents, and ensuring the office operates efficiently and smoothly. Basic Accounts Operations
Qualifications- Experience in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining Office Equipment
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Prior experience in similar roles is an advantage
- Fluent In English And Arabic
