MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To coordinate and control Cargo departmental records, documentation, reporting, communications, and information flow, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of administrative outputs, and enabling management to access reliable information to support effective day-to-day operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Provides day-to-day administrative support across the Cargo department, ensuring effective coordination, continuity and consistency of departmental activities.
- Maintains and controls departmental records, manuals, databases, files, and trackers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and version control.
- Coordinates and distributes departmental stationery, equipment, manuals, and other administrative materials for Dubai and outstations as required.
- Acts as an administrative focal point for communications with all stakeholders, ensuring information is captured, logged, and followed up appropriately.
- Maintains and updates Sky Chain administrative records, including distributor information, station setup, inactive accounts, and claims support activities.
- Coordinates Sky Chain training arrangements for Dubai and outstation staff in liaison with instructors and relevant stakeholders.
- Supports departmental meetings by preparing and distributing agendas, minutes, and follow-up action logs, ensuring timely tracking of agreed items.
- Prepares and maintains duty rosters, track mandatory training requirements, and support general administrative readiness across the Cargo department.
- Issues periodic departmental communications and updates covering administrative, commercial, and general cargo matters as instructed.
- Compiles, consolidates, and distributes daily, weekly, and monthly reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide visibility of cargo sales and operational performance.
- Bachelor’s Degree (3+ years)
- Fluent in English
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role within an airline environment is preferred
- Years with qualifications: 2 - 4 years, Years without qualifications (if applicable): 4 - 6 years

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
