We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company and provide administrative support across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client facing position has strong communication skills and can multitask in a fastpaced environment. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere manage front desk operations efficiently and ensure smooth daytoday office functioning. If youre organized personable and take pride in delivering exceptional first impressions wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Front Desk Operations & Visitor Management
  • Greet and welcome guests clients and staff in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Manage incoming calls emails and deliveries ensuring messages are directed appropriately.

  • Maintain a clean organized and welcoming reception area.

Administrative Support
  • Schedule appointments manage meeting room bookings and coordinate calendars as needed.

  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing scanning document preparation and supplies ordering.

  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with office security procedures.

Internal Coordination
  • Liaise with various departments to provide administrative and logistical support.

  • Support HR or Admin with onboarding tasks such as preparing welcome kits or issuing access cards.

  • Help with internal event arrangements or company wide communications as required.

Customer Service & Communication
  • Provide accurate information in response to queries from clients or visitors.

  • Maintain a calm composed and professional demeanor at all times.

  • Handle client or guest concerns and elevate issues when necessary.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a receptionist front desk representative or similar administrative role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook); experience with booking systems or CRM tools is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly professional attitude.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

  • Reliable punctual and committed to delivering a high level of service.

Salary Range and Benefits

Salary Range: 3000 AED 3500 AED per month (based on experience and professionalism).
Benefits: Medical insurance as per UAE law visa sponsorship.

Work Arrangement

This is a fulltime onsite position. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must be ready to work from the designated office in the UAE.
