, an international platform active in high jewellery, luxury events, and cultural projects across Dubai, Monte-Carlo, and Europe, is seeking a motivated intern to join its operational team, supporting secretariat activities and international event production.

• Managing daily email correspondence with brands, partners, and international suppliers
• Supporting phone communications and operational follow-ups
• Coordinating calendars, meetings, and appointments
• Assisting in the production of international events (Dubai, Monte-Carlo, Europe)
• Supporting guest list management, invitations, RSVP tracking, and accreditations
• Preparing operational materials and creating presentations

• Strong interest in luxury, high jewellery, or event management
• Academic background in Event Management, Fashion Business, Luxury Management, or related fields
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented, discreet, and solution-driven mindset
• Fluent English required (Arabic, French, or Russian are a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal skills in international environments

• Hands-on experience in high jewellery and international luxury events
• Direct exposure to global brands, designers, and industry stakeholders
