Role DescriptionThis is an on-site Office Administrator role located in Dubai. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing daily office operations, maintaining office equipment, and providing administrative assistance. Tasks include organizing schedules, handling customer inquiries, offering support to team members, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Proficiency in using and maintaining Office Equipment
- Good Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in relevant office management software is preferred
- Experience in a similar role or related field is advantageous
- Salary Range AED 4,000 to AED 4,500.
- Holding a valid residency is a must.
