We are looking for a reliable and well‑organised Administrative Officer (Reception) to manage daily office administration and front desk reception. This role is hands‑on and requires someone who takes ownership of tasks, keeps the office organised, and ensures visitors, systems, and supplies are handled properly on a day‑to‑day basis.
This role includes reception duties as part of the core responsibility.
What You’ll Do- Manage the front desk, including visitors, calls, deliveries, and meeting room coordination
- Ensure the office, reception area, and meeting rooms are clean, organised, and ready at all times
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems and administrative records
- Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks, documents, and trackers
- Manage day‑to‑day IT operations, including device setup, system access, and basic troubleshooting, with a solid understanding of office IT systems.
- Track office inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Raise purchase requests, place orders, and follow up on deliveries
- Coordinate guest visits, internal meetings, and office activities
- Ensure smooth daily office operations through proper organisation and follow‑through
- Previous experience in administration, reception, or office coordination
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic IT knowledge and comfort using office systems
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Practical thinking, reliability, and good common sense
- Highly organised and enjoy keeping things in order
- Reliable, proactive, and follow through on tasks
- Comfortable handling both admin work and front desk responsibilities
- Calm, professional, and people‑friendly
- Someone who notices issues and fixes them without being asked
