Driven Properties is seeking a professional and dynamic Receptionist for our headquarters office in Emaar Square to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth front desk operations. You will manage incoming calls, greet guests, and provide administrative support to the team, contributing to our commitment to exceptional service.
Requirements- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in Chinese, Japanese, or Russian being an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-centric attitude
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends if required
