Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to senior management
Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and reminders
Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and document preparation
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintain confidentiality and organize important records and reports
Requirements- 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Presentable, professional, and detail-oriented
