Receptionist, Administrative/Clerical
We are looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our Front of House team on a full-time basis. This role is a key client-facing position and plays an important part in delivering an exceptional first impression of the Firm.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, supporting meetings and events, and assisting with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities- Provide a high level of client care in all activities, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail at all times.
- Manage a busy switchboard and answer incoming calls in line with service level standards.
- Deal with clients, both in person and over the telephone, in a courteous and highly professional manner.
- Fully adhere to agreed standards, procedures, and internal policies for all tasks undertaken.
- Manage conference room bookings accurately and in accordance with instructions given.
- Review conference room bookings daily to ensure all arrangements are correct and meet required standards.
- Ensure conference rooms and reception areas are maintained in a tidy, professional, and fully functional condition.
- Handle client requests for photocopying, printing, and scanning promptly and accurately.
- Carry out general administrative tasks as and when required.
- Manage couriers and document dispatch in accordance with internal processes and policies.
- Assist with catering arrangements for meetings and internal or client events when requested.
- Coordinate document and package deliveries to clients.
- Manage office supplies orders and maintain inventory for the UAE offices.
- Support and manage day-to-day operational matters in coordination with the UAE Office Manager.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar receptionist, front-of-house, or customer service role.
- Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong commitment to delivering a high level of client service.
- Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and professional.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
