Role Summary

The Brokerage Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the real estate brokerage business, including transaction processing, compliance management, administrative support, and process optimization. The role ensures seamless coordination between sale

Responsibilities

Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily brokerage operations and transaction workflows
  • Manage transaction documentation, contracts and legal compliance
  • Coordinate with finance and accounting for transaction settlements
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all transactions

Process Optimization & Efficiency:

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures and guidelines
  • Streamline workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Compliance & Regulatory Management:

  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities and compliance teams
  • Conduct regular audits and compliance reviews

Administrative Support & Coordination:

  • Provide administrative support to sales and management teams
  • Manage office operations, facilities, and resources
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and client interactions
  • Maintain communication between departments

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track operational metrics and KPIs
  • Prepare regular operational reports and analysis
  • Monitor transaction volumes and processing times
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements

Team Support & Development:

  • Provide operational support to brokers and sales team
  • Train staff on procedures and systems
  • Address operational issues and escalations
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • 5–7+ years of experience in real estate brokerage operations, administration, or office management
  • Prior experience managing real estate agents, transaction coordinators, or administrative staff
  • Proven experience overseeing high-volume real estate transactions from listing to closing
  • Experience with brokerage compliance, audits, and record-keeping
