Front Desk Administrator

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Administrator to join our growing real estate brokerage. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing administrative responsibilities.

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and agents in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception area
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier, documents)
• Maintain and update databases using Microsoft Excel
• Prepare reports, and basic documentation as required
• Support the teams with administrative tasks
• Ensure accurate filing and document management

• Proven experience in administration or front desk roles (real estate experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
• Strong customer care and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
