- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Enter, update, and verify data in various databases and systems accurately.

- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence materials.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy access.

- Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports and documents.
- Assist with special projects and other tasks as required by management.
- Ensure all office supplies are stocked and reorder when necessary to maintain supply levels.

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant tertiary qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or data entry role for at least one year.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
