Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives.
* Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other important documents.
* Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls and managing communications efficiently.
* Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
* Maintain organized filing systems and confidential records with utmost discretion.## Requirements
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within the media or consulting sector.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office software.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and discreet demeanor.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.## Benefits
