Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Officer with experience in the Dubai real estate developer environment
. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end real estate documentation
, ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations, and support internal teams with administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end real estate documentation from booking to completion
  • Prepare, review, and process DLD documentation
  • Manage SPA, Oqood registration, amendments, and approvals
  • Coordinate with trustees, DLD, brokers, and internal departments
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and document tracking
  • Ensure compliance with all DLD rules, timelines, and procedures
  • Support management with reports and administrative tasks
  • Follow up on pending documentation and resolve discrepancies
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience with a real estate developer in Dubai
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of DLD processes, SPA, and Oqood
  • Understanding of real estate documentation lifecycle
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and document management
  • Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail
