This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Dubai. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk by welcoming and assisting visitors, answering phone calls professionally, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Additional duties include organizing appointments, maintaining records, and performing other general clerical tasks to support administrative operations. Offering excellent customer service to all clients and maintaining a well‑organized reception area will be essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, ensuring professional and friendly communication
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including organizing and managing records and documents
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Customer Service skills with a focus on providing a positive and welcoming experience
- Ability to multitask and efficiently prioritize responsibilities
- Experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role is an advantage
- Proficiency in using office equipment, Microsoft Office Suite, and telephone systems
