Role:
Receptionist
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to effectively prioritize daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- 2 years secretarial or administrative diploma
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in a professional services environment would be an advantage
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Internet browsing
- Sound knowledge of office procedures
- Working knowledge of record-keeping techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport
- Good planning and organisation skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Manage incoming calls, route promptly, and forward accurate messages via email.
- Greet visitors professionally and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive company image.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier shipments; maintain tracking records.
- Organize meeting room bookings, schedule, and assist with conference calls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, car rentals, and visitor accommodation as required.
- Prepare access cards for new joiners and manage official email forwarding.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery stock, and liaise with support staff and drivers.
- Ensure reception and client areas are clean, presentable, and stocked with updated materials.
- Uphold confidentiality, adhere to company policies, and perform other assigned duties.
