We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Admin Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operational backbone of our e-commerce business. This role supports order processing, packaging and dispatch, logistics coordination, basic bookkeeping entries, vendor follow-ups, and office administration.
This is a hands-on, single-owner role in the early stage of the business, suited to someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple operational tasks independently.
