Requirements
  • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech‑savvy.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, tables, diagrams, flow charts, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and drafting skills, especially with correspondences.
  • Great time management and efficiency.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Initiative and independence, but also a strong team player.
  • Bubbly personality and positive spirit.
  • Candidate must be based in the U.A.E.
  • Quick Learner.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
  • Strong sense of right and wrong.

Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Office Administrator/Human Resource professional at Beauxteriors Design Services in Dubai. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day administrative operations, maintaining office equipment, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various HR, accounting and admin tasks.

Qualifications
  • Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
  • Proficiency in maintaining and operating office equipment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi‑task and prioritise workload effectively
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field is preferred
  • Experience with HR tasks and procedures is a plus
