Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries
- Manage appointment schedules and meeting rooms
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain visitor logs and front desk records
- Support administrative and office staff as needed
- Ensure reception area remains organized and presentable
- Experience and freshers can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Presentable, responsible, and well‑organized
- Willing to work shifts if required
