Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
- Competency in Clerical Skills, including documentation and organizational tasks
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other common office software
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in administrative or office management roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred
