We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should be efficient, accurate, and able to handle documentation and data management responsibilities.

- Manage filing systems (physical and digital)
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations

- Support management with routine office tasks
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
