Customer Service Admin Executive - Dubai

Seeking an energetic, friendly front desk administrative professional responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties at our wellness center in the heart of Dubai.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming visitors warmly by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Basic Sales & Customer Service:
    Providing information about our products and services to clients.
  • Collecting payments from clients and issuing receipts.
  • Answering and responding to voicemail, phone, email, and walk-in inquiries and directing them through the appropriate channel.
  • Appointment bookings & rebooking, room bookings & updating appointment calendar.
  • Confirming clients for participation in events & training seminars.
  • Event coordination & organization.
  • Assisting in ordering and maintaining inventory for retail and stock items.
  • Performing basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
  • Arranging the setup for workshops and events held at the center.
  • Data entry:
    Ensuring data is entered correctly into the system.
  • Handling basic admin duties.
  • Ideal Candidate
    • Super friendly and confident, not shy.
    • Seeking a long‑term opportunity.
    • Extremely proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Committed.
    • Flexible working schedule: 6 days a week, 1 day off; must be willing to work on Saturday & Sunday.
