Job Brief: The Senior Administrator will provide high-level administrative and operational support within a Family Office environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining discretion, professionalism, and exceptional communication standards. The role requires prior experience working with UHNW individuals or family offices and the ability to manage sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day administrative and back-office operations of the Family Office.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and documentation for senior stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential records, correspondence, and sensitive family-related information with discretion.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external service providers, banks, legal advisors, and consultants.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence as required.
  • Maintain structured filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Support compliance-related documentation and internal processes.
  • Ensure high standards of presentation, communication, and professionalism at all times.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in an administrative or back-office role within a Family Office, private office, or UHNW environment.
  • Prior experience working directly with a Family Office is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly presentable, polished, and professional demeanor.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office and administrative systems.
  • Currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
