- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare, format, and distribute documents, memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing company events and meetings.
- Receive and screen phone calls, and redirect them appropriately.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronically and physically.
- Monitor and reorder office supplies to ensure no shortages occur.
- Support in preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for executives and staff.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments.
- Provide support to finance team by managing invoices and receipts.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
- High level of attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Great time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A high school diploma is required, although higher education is preferred.
