Responsibilities- Greet and assist patients warmly and professionally

- Handle patient enquiries across all communication platforms
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Ensure smooth patient registration and documentation process
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with patient records and documentation
- Coordinate internally with clinicians and nursing team
- Support billing and insurance coordination (basic follow-up)
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and data confidentiality
- Perform general administrative tasks as required
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Officer in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in clinical customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- (Optional) Additional language skills are a plus
