Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a well-organized and proactive Logistics Executive to join our operations team in Dubai
. This role is ideal for a professional who can efficiently coordinate document movement, manage courier services, and support smooth administrative logistics within a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the dispatch and collection of important documents between clients, government offices, and company departments.
  • Manage courier services and ensure timely delivery of files and packages.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Track shipments and follow up to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with administrative and finance teams for document handling requirements.
  • Monitor office supplies and assist in logistics planning for office operations.
  • Prepare logistics reports and maintain tracking records.
  • Ensure safe handling and confidentiality of sensitive documents.
  • Assist in improving internal logistics procedures for better efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination or administrative operations.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Familiarity with courier management and tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage confidential documents responsibly.
