We are hiring a Receptionist to be the face of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing calls, and supporting basic administrative functions. This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with minimal experience looking to grow in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a polite and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a neat and organized front office area
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier/logistics entries
- Handle visitor logs, appointment schedules, and office coordination
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, or documents when required
- Coordinate with admin and HR for daily office requirements
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Bachelors degree or diploma in any field
- 0 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
