Job OverviewWe are seeking to hire a Receptionist/Intern who is friendly and organized to assist our cliental with their physio appointments.
Responsibilities Customer Management- Greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrive at the facility.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Oversight of office help, drivers and reception.
- Manage new hires/departures, and provide/remove security passes and access to office as appropriate.
- Manage seating, storage and parking allocations.
- Oversee couriers and post.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Working Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
