We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to Manager to provide administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, reliable, and capable of handling both office coordination and field‑related tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and operational support to the Manager
- Manage schedules, meetings, and daily coordination
- Handle correspondence, calls, and documentation professionally
- Assist in monitoring operations and following up on tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Support site visits and handle errands as required
- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role (4-6 years preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record
- Confident driver with good knowledge of local routes
- Willingness to travel for work when required
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience supporting senior management
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment
- Strong sense of responsibility and discretion
