Job Title:
Receptionist Emirati with Family book
Dept: HR&Admin
Location:
JAFZA, Jebel Ali – Dubai
Work from Office:
Mon to Fri, General shift (8am to 4pm)
This position is only for UAE National; others, please refrain from applying.
Duties and responsibilities- Meeting visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, email, documents.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- Help other departments for scanning, faxing, and photocopying.
- Maintain stationery stock, coordinate non-trading purchases.
- Update admin budget and reports expenses monthly.
- Prepare gate passed through JAFZA portal as per all department’s requirements.
- Familiarity with office operations and administrative workflows.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles, practices and digital communication tools.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Secondary/high school diploma/graduate.
- Proficiency in English.
