About the Role

An Information Entry Operator in Dubai or UAE manages the daily input, maintenance, and verification of data in electronic databases. Responsibilities include scanning documents, typing entries at a speed of 90–95 % accuracy, handling printers and fax machines, backing up data, and answering phone calls to coordinate with teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive information from multiple sources and enter it directly into the company database.
  • Update and replace data in the supplied system with new information.
  • Verify completed work for accuracy and correct spelling errors.
  • Scan, print, and photocopy essential paperwork.
  • Maintain workplace supplies and equipment.
  • Backup all information in all digital formats and produce hard‑copy records.
  • Organize and archive copies of data in record‑keeping system.
  • Track inbound and outbound cost schedules.

    Qualifications & Skills
    • High school diploma or equivalent; a college diploma is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in information entry or a related role.
    • Proficient typing speed of 90–95 % accuracy.
    • Strong command of Microsoft Workplace and familiarity with MS Office applications.
    • Good written and oral communication in English.
    • Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanners, printers, fax machines, and photocopiers.
