Job Requisition

Ensure a safe, secure, clean and functional environment for our visitors and co‑workers. Maintain the building, mechanical operating systems, non‑selling furniture, interior and exterior in "shape as new" to promote the image and brand of IKEA.

• Assist the Marketing Manager/Campaign Leader in executing the vitality calendar activities and ensure the strategic priorities are reflected in the campaigns.
• Liaise with range as and when needed for product selections and pricing and coordinate day‑to‑day work with other departments.
• Fluid and consistent internal communication, by informing all related parties (stores and other departments) about the marketing support and plans prior to activity launch.

• Procuring and organizing gift hampers with the objective to increase word of mouth about IKEA products through influencers/bloggers/media channels; leading to an increased purchase intent.
• Procuring and organizing team events and required gifts for corporate meetings and anniversaries.
• Ensuring IKEA offers and events are communicated periodically (weekly or monthly) depending on the event or offer, to the corporate retail office and corporate communication team – aimed at increasing corporate transparency and alignment across different teams.

• Organization and keeping archival of all historic invoices and financial documents.
• Assist in budgeting for all markets by keeping an updated file on media costs, media effectiveness and keeping track of all invoices to the department.
• Support with creating purchase orders, managing and tracking invoices.
• GRN creation and submission of final approved invoices for further processing to Regional Finance team.
• Raise SRF & IANs in the SAP system.
• Follow group policy while signing up new vendors and issuing purchase orders, ensuring needed approvals are received following set policies and guidelines.
• Follow up SOA with agencies and Regional Finance Teams on urgent or delayed payments.

• Assist the marketing manager on all new projects by executing required tasks and ensuring required parties are communicated to in a timely manner.
• Actively contribute with ideas, suggestions and liaise with all necessary departments (internal and external).
• Facilitate required documents and permits for internal projects and support the process of pass‑outs, pass‑ins, and all required internal documents for internal furniture procurement for the purpose of content production.

• Work closely with the sustainability leader on CSR projects.
• Create communication brief for creatives, copy, PR and social.
• Procuring and organizing team events and required gifts for CSR‑led activations.
• Coordinate with external agencies for photography and videography.
• Work closely with social and PR teams to ensure proper coverage of the project.
• Finalize and share coverage report with sustainability leader.

• Good English language writing skills.
• Multi‑tasker.
• Computer literate and advanced level (All Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
