A fast-growing start‑up within the property sector is seeking an exceptional Executive & Personal Assistant to support the Founder in both a business and personal capacity. This is a hands‑on role requiring a highly proactive, polished and adaptable individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted right hand to the Founder, ensuring seamless coordination across professional and personal commitments while maintaining the highest standards of organisation, communication and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive diary and calendar management across multiple schedules and time zones
  • Coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements, itineraries and logistics
  • Managing office administration and ensuring exceptional presentation standards across the business
  • Preparing documents, presentations, meeting materials and correspondence to a high standard
  • Monitoring deadlines and ensuring all documentation and deliverables are completed accurately and on time
  • Liaising with clients, external stakeholders and business partners in a professional and engaging manner
  • Attending client meetings where required and supporting relationship management activities
  • Overseeing junior support staff and assisting with day‑to‑day operational coordination
  • Acting as a key point of contact for the Founder and handling matters with discretion and confidentiality
  • Managing personal appointments, reservations and social engagements
  • Coordinating personal and family travel, including holidays and detailed itineraries
  • Liaising closely with the Household Manager to ensure smooth personal operations
  • Arranging the purchase and timely delivery of luxury and personal goods
  • Providing personal assistance and lifestyle support as required
Candidate Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting senior executives or founders with both business and personal tasks in Dubai
  • Previous experience within a fast‑paced start‑up, property or entrepreneurial environment is highly advantageous
  • Highly proactive with a strong sense of urgency and exceptional organisational skills
  • Able to multitask effectively and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Professional, articulate and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Positive, approachable and service‑oriented personality
  • High level of spoken and written English is essential
  • Additional European languages are highly advantageous (Portuguese is particularly desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage both business and personal matters seamlessly
  • Must demonstrate discretion, flexibility and a hands‑on approach at all times
