Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing all administrative roles and operations roles across all functions
- Assist in servicing clients on an ongoing basis in a timely efficient manner
- Maintain calendar for all areas required by the Manager
- Arrange client meetings, book meeting rooms and manage overall coordination
- Keep up to date data bases records and ensure all information is accurate and well-presented
- Ensure files are recorded in a clear and concise manner
- Liaise with all necessary functions and departments within Continental to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Completing documentation and onboarding process efficiently
- Following up for premium collections
- Other ad hoc tasks whenever required
Immediate joiner
Qualifications- Good communication skills
- Visa status – Should have Spouse Visa or Visit Visa/Cancelled work visa
