Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing all administrative roles and operations roles across all functions
  • Assist in servicing clients on an ongoing basis in a timely efficient manner
  • Maintain calendar for all areas required by the Manager
  • Arrange client meetings, book meeting rooms and manage overall coordination
  • Keep up to date data bases records and ensure all information is accurate and well-presented
  • Ensure files are recorded in a clear and concise manner
  • Liaise with all necessary functions and departments within Continental to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Completing documentation and onboarding process efficiently
  • Following up for premium collections
  • Other ad hoc tasks whenever required

Immediate joiner

Qualifications
  • Good communication skills
  • Visa status – Should have Spouse Visa or Visit Visa/Cancelled work visa
