Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize daily schedules for executives ensuring optimal time management and efficient workflow.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, screening emails and phone calls to maintain a professional communication flow.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of important documents.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative support role, ideally within the industry.
- Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle competing priorities effectively.
