Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As the face of the company you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional first impression for all visitors and callers.
Responsibilities- Welcoming guests
- Managing phone and email communications
- Scheduling meetings
- Handling inquiries
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
- Maintaining records
- Coordinating office supplies
- Supporting day-to-day office operations
- Proactive, reliable and able to manage time effectively while handling multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a courteous, professional demeanor
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer applications is required; previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
