Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal time management.
- Prepare and disseminate confidential documents, presentations, and reports while maintaining utmost discretion and accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, screening calls, managing correspondence, and representing the CEO's office professionally.
- Organize and coordinate international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries with meticulous attention to detail.
- Handle personal matters of the CEO.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, secretary, or similar role, ideally within the fashion or luxury goods industry.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
