Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks ensuring all office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems both electronic and physical to facilitate quick retrieval of documents.
  • Assist in preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and professionalism.
  • Coordinate office supply inventory and procurement to ensure resources are available for uninterrupted workflow.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in office administration preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in an office environment, demonstrating familiarity with clerical tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
