Salary: 5,000 – 7,000 AED
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support the smooth day‑to‑day operations of a private household. Working closely with the House Manager, this role will play a key part in ensuring structure, efficiency, and seamless coordination across all household activities.
- Provide daily operational support to the House Manager, ensuring smooth coordination of household activities and priorities.
- Manage calendars and appointments, including scheduling, reminders, and coordination with external service providers.
- Maintain and organize comprehensive family health records, ensuring all information is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.
- Track and follow up on all medical appointments, treatments, and related actions, ensuring continuity of care and timely communication with relevant parties.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly, professionally, and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, while maintaining discretion and sensitivity when required.
- Strong administrative capabilities, including organization, documentation, scheduling, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a structured manner.
- Advanced computer proficiency, with confidence in using modern digital tools, platforms, and AI‑driven solutions.
- Highly detail‑oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and maintaining high standards across all tasks and responsibilities.
- Self‑motivated with a continuous learning mindset, demonstrating curiosity and initiative in developing new skills, adapting to new tools, and improving overall performance.
- A proactive “can‑do” attitude, with the ability to take ownership of tasks, solve problems independently, and support the team in a reliable and solution‑focused manner.
