We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented strong Document Controller strong to support our Project Site operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all site-related documentation, ensuring that project records are accurate, current and properly maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves supporting project reporting and coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and control all project site documentation in accordance with company and project requirements.
- Apply for and follow up on Airside passes with the main contractor.
- Maintain comprehensive logs for all submissions, including passes, labor, staff, and equipment.
- Maintain logs for all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Prepare and submit official letters to contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors as instructed by the Project Manager.
- Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the contractor.
- Assist in updating and compiling project reports and records.
- Coordinate on a daily basis with AAB internal departments to ensure smooth information flow.
- Compile Method Statements and Risk Assessments received from project staff and submit them to the contractor for review and approval.
- Ensure all documents are properly stored, tracked, and retrieved using the approved document control system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a document control role, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
- Proficiency in document control software, particularly Aconex.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
