Fortisec Technologies Private provides professional administrative support, corporate documentation structuring and client coordination management for regional enterprise partners. We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to join our business support facility in Dubai. This is a permanent on‑site office position essential for the daily management of internal document workflows and corporate front‑office logistics.
Core Daily Operations- Administrative Assistance:
Handle routine day‑to‑day front‑office tasks, process incoming and outgoing physical mail, and maintain neat digital document filing archives. - Information Processing:
Review, format, and accurately log daily operational data, client service files, and scheduling timelines into our company database. - Document Verification:
Cross‑reference incoming vendor statements and commercial manifests with internal records to verify data completeness. - Calendar Coordination:
Update and maintain internal calendars, coordinate meeting timelines, and track office supply inventory levels. - Client Intake Support:
Act as a professional point of contact for routine office communications and assist executive management with data verification projects.
- Minimum of 1 year of documented professional experience in an office environment, administrative support, data entry, or clerical role.
- Reliable foundational computer proficiency, including practical experience with Microsoft Excel and basic email correspondence.
- High level of organizational capability with a strong focus on details when managing alphanumeric data logs.
- Professional verbal and written English communication skills for polite team collaboration.
- Currently residing in Dubai and able to commute daily to our business district office location.
- Fixed Sunday to Thursday (or Monday to Friday) work schedule providing a stable, predictable corporate routine.
- Guaranteed monthly base salary distributed on a reliable schedule.
